When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company name, email address, and the message you send. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry.

Site Analytics

We use Cloudflare's server-side analytics to understand aggregate traffic to our site (pages visited, device type, general geographic location). This is processed at the network edge and does not use cookies or track individual visitors.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not currently operate a newsletter or email marketing program. If we add one in the future, it will require your explicit opt-in consent.

We do not use third-party marketing tools, retargeting pixels, or data brokers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

Cookies

This site does not set any first-party cookies. Embedded media players (Spotify on our Podcast page, TikTok on our TikTok page) are third-party embeds that may set cookies when loaded. We ask for your consent before loading these embeds.

If you choose "Essential only" when prompted, these embeds will not load and no third-party cookies will be set. You can change your preference at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

How We Use Your Information

Visitors in Canada are protected under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
